How to Apply Study Loan from PTPK (Pembadanan Tabung Penbangunan Kemahiran)

 

You can choose to apply with us either easily and quickly online OR by downloading and completing

the relevant PDF enrollment forms on the links below:

 

1. Borang PTPK 1 (Borang Permohonan Pinjaman Latihan Kemahiran)

2. Borang PTPK 2 (Borang-borang Perjanjian Pinjaman)

3. Borang Izin 2 (Menghubungi LHDN)

4. Borang Izin 3 (Pemotongan Pinjaman Kepada Energy Academy)

5. Borang Izin 4 (Pemotongan Gaji Melalui Majikan)

+603 4256 8830, mail it, or bring it into the Energy Academy. Forms can also be scanned and

emailed to info@energyacademy.com.my for fast processing.

 

NOTE: It is important to understand that our classes are limited in size and enrollments are accepted on a first-come first-serve basis. You are requested to confirm your enrolment with us as early as possible to ensure you have a seat reserved in our upcoming intakes. Your signed Written Agreement is required and payment of a deposit to secure a place in the course.
